Nicole Ladner
Senior Investigator
Nicole Ladner, AWI-CH, has several years of experience conducting and overseeing workplace and campus investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual assault. Nicole provides her expertise to clients who need timely, thorough, and impartial investigations.
Prior to focusing on investigations, Nicole started her career practicing civil litigation and employment law with regional and global law firms. She represented corporate and institutional clients in state and federal courts, as well as the New York State Division of Human Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Thereafter, Nicole joined a prestigious university and healthcare institution as an internal workplace and campus investigator handling Title VII and Title IX-related complaints involving faculty, staff, and students. Most recently, Nicole served as the university’s Director of Equal Opportunity Investigations, where she led a team of impartial investigators responsible for reviewing hundreds of internal complaints per year.
Nicole is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and is designated as a certificate holder from that organization.
